Pimple Pop is an entertainment application that uses 3D scanning technology to create simulated "pimple popping" experiences on 3D meshes of faces. The app is for entertainment purposes only and does not provide medical advice or dermatological diagnosis.
All content within the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of the Pimple Pop Team or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Your 3D scans are stored locally on your device; however, the technology used to display and interact with them is our proprietary property.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the app to create offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for any content stored or shared from the app.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the scanning technology or the entertainment features.
In no event shall the Pimple Pop Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including but not limited to any issues arising from face scanning or simulated interactions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
